◦ A late check-out surcharge of THB 2,000 per hour applies for departures after 11:00 AM.

Room reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment, along with valid proof of transaction submitted via the designated blue upload bar located beneath the bank account details.
◦ Incomplete, incorrect, or delayed payment submissions may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
◦ Kindly check your email inbox for confirmation. If not received, please review your junk or spam folders.
Guest Policy & Additional Occupancy:

A maximum of one additional guest per room is permitted, subject to a supplementary charge of THB 1,500.

Children aged 0–5 years may stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents.
◦ Please note that breakfast and additional bedding are not included.

For children aged 6 years and above, an additional charge of THB 1,500 applies.
◦ This fee includes an extra bed and breakfast.

For two children under the age of 5, a single additional charge of THB 2,000 will be applied, inclusive of one extra bed and one breakfast set.
Facilities Usage & House Regulations:

The swimming pool is 1.2 meters deep.
◦ For safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool area. -
Commercial photography or filming is subject to a fee of THB 8,000 per hour.
◦ Advance booking is required at least 7 days prior to the intended date. -
Kindly refrain from removing any in-room amenities or property.
◦ A fine of THB 5,000 will be imposed for any violations. -
Smoking is strictly prohibited within all indoor areas of the accommodation.
◦ Violation will incur a cleaning and penalty fee of THB 5,000. -
Only registered guests are permitted within the guest room premises.
◦ Unregistered visitors are not allowed – penalty: THB 5,000. -
Guests are held financially responsible for any damage or loss caused to the room, facilities, or resort property.
◦ Charges will be based on the actual cost of repair or replacement. -
Pets are not permitted within the premises – fine: THB 5,000.

Food, bottles, or glassware are not permitted in or around the swimming pool.
◦ In case of glass breakage in the pool, a THB 5,000 cleaning fee will be charged. -
For the privacy and safety of all guests, the use of drones is strictly prohibited within the property – fine: THB 5,000.

The resort assumes no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the room or surrounding areas.
Amendment & Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

Should you wish to reschedule your stay, a change fee of THB 2,000 will apply.
◦ Requests must be made at least 15 days in advance, and are subject to availability.
◦ Any rate difference for the new dates must be paid in full at the time of rebooking.
